Due to the wet weather I didn't get out and take many photo's. The 1st of this month isn't a good time for me as it would have been wonderful wife's birthday, I always still buy her a birthday card and flowers for her resting place. The day after I always go and retrieve the card from the church before the rabbits have chance to get their little teeth into it.

JULY

 

 

This month was special for my home town of Newbury, as on 11th July, the 2012 London Olympic torch was to make its way through London Road, Northbrook Street, Market Place and Bear Lane on its way to Winchester. I didn't do too this month as live coverage of the Tour De France was on and I didn't want to miss a minute of it, (ok I know I'm sad). A couple of photos I took were from the T.V on a couple of wonderful shots I saw being beam back from the lovely countryside of France. Also this month it was my daughters 19th birthday, how time flies.

Apart from turning 47 years young, I didn't do too much or take many photos apart from being in the garden and staying in doors because of the rain. I did get up very early glorious morning and walk along the Kennet and Avon Canal to Newbury.
